Play with the Light and Color sliders to bring out your subject’s features. See how deepening the shadows adds definition.
Give them the spotlight.
Create a mask with the intuitive Select Subject tool and invert it. Then adjust the sliders to darken the background and make your pooch shine bright.
Fine-tune the shadows.
Add a new mask and use the Brush tool to make selective edits. By experimenting with the Exposure and Blacks sliders, you’ll be able to perfect every shadow.
Set the tone.
Make the overall image more vivid and inviting with warm hues. Simply add another Select Subject mask and work with the Contrast and Temperature sliders to find your look.
