Add some blur.
Scroll to the Lens Blur section of the Edit panel and click Apply. Then use the slider to adjust the Blur Amount.
Find your focus.
Click the arrow to open the Focal Range* options. Then click the Point/Area Focus icon so you can add the blur to part of the photo.
Slide the focal range bar left and right to see where you want to place the focus area. Drag the edges to increase or decrease the area.

Style and frame.
In the Effects panel, drag the Vignette slider to apply a soft border. Then adjust the Grain to give your photo texture.
Find your style.
Experiment with Lens Blur and texture settings to find the look that suits your photos.
