Export video from Premiere Pro with Media Encoder

Learn how Media Encoder works with Premiere Pro as a background media exporter, allowing you to export video in virtually any format.

  1. In Premiere Pro, go to File > Export > Media.

  2. Choose the format and preset.

  3. Instead of clicking Export, click Queue. The file now launches Media Encoder.

  4. If you are happy with the settings, click the green Start Queue button.

  5. Render multiple outputs in parallel to save time.
